GridManager ("the Add-in") is a Microsoft Excel task pane add-in that helps users manage spreadsheet data. This Privacy Policy explains how the Add-in handles information.

The Add-in runs entirely within the Microsoft Excel environment on your device. It reads and writes data directly to your open workbook using the Excel JavaScript API. No data leaves your device or is sent to any external server.
The only network request the Add-in makes is to load its own interface files (HTML, JavaScript) from the hosting server when it first opens. These requests contain no user data.
The Add-in uses your browser's localStorage (within the Excel add-in container) to save two preferences:
This data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted anywhere.
The Add-in uses Google Fonts to load the interface typography (DM Sans and DM Mono). This request is made to Google's servers and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No user data is included in this request.
The Add-in does not use any other third-party services, SDKs or tracking tools.
The Add-in is designed for professional and business use. It does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
